THREE MEN SENTENCING TO PAY A FINE TO FIRST GRADE MAGISTRATE COURT IN BLANTYRE

 

The Blantyre Agricultural Development Division ( ADD ) has hailed Thyolo First Grade Magistrate Court for sentencing three men to pay a fine of K 950 000 for traveling with 90 goats from Chikhwawa .

Magistrate Kondwani Chinwngwa sentenced the three , Joseph Matabwa , Kalusa Makokola and Christopher Tebulowere after they were intercepted on Wednesday this week at Planter Tea Agency ( PTA) Police checkpoint after they packed the goats in two pick-up vehicles.
