MANGOCHI POLICE ARREST TWO MEN FOR SUSPECT OF THE MURDER

Police in Mangochi has in custody two men for suspect of murder.

An angry mob vandalised Ligowe Police Unit in Neno demanding to have had in death of a women who died at the district hospital.

The two suspects were the group village headman and another man only being identified as Machemba ,were being accused of practising witchcraft.

Police has to use tear gas to disperse the mob, and later trasfer the two to an undisclosed safe place.

Neno Police Station Spokesperson Sub Inspector Austin Kamwendo says investigations on the the matter are underway.
