HIGH COURT JUDGE SENTENCED ANDREW NGOMWA TO 35 YEARS IMPRISONMENT

 

High Court judge justice Ruth Chinwngwa has sentenced Andrew Ngomwa to 35 years imprisonment for defilement ,25 years for rape and 4 years for doing indicent act in the presence of a minor.

One of the state lawyers Gift Msume ( in the picture)says they are satisfied with sentences which will run concurrently.

Ngomwa former Chief Commercial Officer for the Medical Aid Society of Malawi, was convicted on 24 January 2022 for defiling and raping for his niece.
