HENRY MUSSA HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO FIVE YEARS IMPRISONMENT

 

 

The high Court has been sentenced Henry Mussa who is a former Minister of Information for five years imprisonment and Gideon Munthali who has also a former Minister of Information for six years imprisonment.

The two were found guilty o October 2022 for missing out ten Computers and Genset which were received to Information department by MACRA.

According to the High Court Judges , Mussa were found gulty of stealing government properties which is illegal to the book of Malawi Laws.

Mussa were serving jaile now until they finish there jail, said the Judge.
